Using Team Chat
Every team has one dedicated group chat. All members can read and write, making it perfect for planning the next ride or sharing photos.
Opening the chat
Switch to the team and tap “Team Chat” on the team home. A badge with the unread count appears on the button when there are new messages. You can also open it from “Team Chat” in the side menu.

Sending messages
Type in the input field at the bottom of the screen to send text. The image button on the left lets you send photos.

- Other members’ messages show the sender’s name and avatar
- Use “Load older messages” to scroll back through the history
- Tap the refresh button at the top right of the header to check for new messages
Deleting and reporting messages
Open the action menu from the ”…” next to a message bubble.
- Your own messages … You can delete them. Deleted messages are replaced with “This message was deleted”
- Other members’ messages … You can report problematic content
Photo retention
Photos sent in chat are kept for 7 days. Once the period passes, the photo is no longer displayed — upload photos you want to keep as posts, or download them.
